IBI's LB Miller broth contains Casein Digest Peptone (10 g/L), Sodium Chloride (10 g/L), and Yeast Extract (5 g/L) with a pH (@25.0°C) of 7.0 ± 0.2. To prepare, mix 25.0 gm of the medium in 1L of purified water until evenly dispersed. Heat with repeated stirring and boil for 1 minute to dissolve completely. Distribute and autoclave at 121.0 °C for 15 minutes.

Store at room temperature, keep tightly sealed, and protect from moisture and light.
