The BioSpectrometer® offers scanning capabilities allowing routine and complex methods such as measuring nucleic acids, cytotoxicity, proteins, the absorbance of fluorescent dyes, and more.
This small, very compact spectrophotometer provides measurements in the UV and VIS range
BioSpectrometer® Basic:
UV/Vis spectral range of 220nm to 830nm
Preprogrammed methods for a quick start
Guided software wizard to minimize errors
Operation directly on the device, no PC necessary
Large, easy-to-read 5.7" color display
Integrated data processing option for specific methods
Spectral graph to display sample purity with automatic ratio calculation
BioSpectrometer® Kinetic:
Sepctra can be recorded and individual wavelength measurements can be made in a spectral range of 200nm to 830nm. The cuvette shaft of the BioSpectrometer® Kinetic is temperature controlled from 20 to 42°C, meaning that enzyme and substrate kinetics can be measured directly in the device. In addition to standard cuvettes such as the Eppendorf UVette, special microliter measuring cells can be used to measure the most minute volumes. With this option, the Eppendorf BioSpectrometer® covers a wide range of concentrations and volumes in addition to standard laboratory methods.
Certificaciones: UL Listed.
Información accesorios: Accessory Text: Eppendorf BioSpectrometer® Reference Filter Set is used for verification of wavelength accuracy and precision at 260 nm, 280 nm and 800 nm and verification of the photometric accuracy and precision in the 260 nm to 800 nm range. The variation coefficient is listed along with the average value of 15 measurements. Contains 7 filters (1 blank filter, 3 filters for checking UV/Vis wavelength systematic error and precision, 3 filters for photometric verification).
