Guaiac-Tabs is a simple reliable test that provides a sensitive and convenient test for qualitative determination of occult blood in feces

Guaiac Tabs provide a Quick, simple procedure with results in 2 minutes. 100 filter paper squares provided.

The specimen is placed on filter paper; then a tablet is placed in the center of the specimen. Add two drops of glacial acetic acid and two drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide to the tablet. Filter paper turns blue if the test is positive. If blue color does not appear within two minutes, the test is negative.
