These 8-well, flat-bottom strips are treated for enhanced binding

Flat-bottom wells snap apart easily to allow for radiometric analysis. The “egg-crate” style strip holder allows individual well handling. Well volume is 360µL.

They are manufactured from a special medical grade polystyrene material and are available in clear, black, or white formats. High binding surfaces are hydrophobic and negatively charged. They are ideal for positively charged biomolecules (>10kD), and have a binding capacity of ≈500ng IgG/cm². Medium binding surfaces are hydrophobic and ideal for large, hydrophobic biomolecules (>20kD). They have a binding capacity of ≈250ng IgG/cm².
