The Basic Validation-Fast Check Plan combines a thorough external Pipette inspection with gravimetric validation to determine if desired accuracy and precision is achieved. This plan includes a validation pass/fail report. This offering is designed for customers that need: an interim validation check that occurs in-between routine scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration; a dropped, disassembled, or standard performance update; or a cost-friendly service option. The Basic Plan is quick, convenient, and effective.
The Preventive Maintenance and Calibration Plan provides a thorough inspection, preventive maintenance, replacement of O-Rings as needed, and calibration. This plan includes a calibration certificate and sticker. This offering is ideal for customers that: do not require as-received data; require Pipette inspection, liquid leak test, routine preventive maintenance and replacement of O-Rings (as needed); calibration; checked routinely: Pipette body and display, tip ejection and ejector mechanism, tip cone(s), piston(s) assembly, O-Ring(s), and springs; checked as applicable: plunger bottom, plunger rod, volume lock, shaft coupling nut, seal(s), lubrication, battery recharging, electronics functionality, and motor movement. The Preferred Plan is thorough, effective, and dependable.
The GxP Preventive Maintenance and Calibration Plan provides a comprehensive service which includes gravimetric evaluation of Pipette performance prior to any inspection, preventive maintenance, or replacement of O-Rings as needed. This plan includes a calibration certificate and sticker. This offering is designed for customers that: require as-received data; require Pipette inspection, liquid leak test, routine preventive maintenance, and replacement of O-Rings (as needed); calibration; work in a regulated environment where Pipette accuracy and precision are critical; need to minimize costly OOTs (Out of Tolerance) that could invalidate research; checked routinely: Pipette body and display, tip ejection and ejector mechanism, tip cone(s), piston(s) assembly, o-ring(s), and springs; checked as applicable: plunger bottom, plunger rod, volume lock, shaft coupling nut, seal(s), lubrication, battery recharging, electronics functionality, and motor movement. The Premium Plan is demanding, thorough, and reliable.
