Photochemical reaction vessels are constructed from borosilicate glass to accommodate the immersion wells. The bottoms of certain models of these vessels are flat to allow use of magnetic stirrers, and reaction vessels can be jacketed or unjacketed. Jacketed reaction vessels are designed to enable cooling of reactant materials during photolysis. Durable vessels are durable in design and easy to use, with logical volume sizes and various angled joints for sparger tubes, condensers, and thermometers to provide easy-to-read measurements.
