The JA-14.50 (6 x 50 mL) Fixed angle rotor allows spinning 50 mL conical (without the need of adapters), 15 mL conical, 15 mL round and 5 mL conical tubes with use of proper adapters.

The JA-14.50 fixed-angle rotor is designed to hold up to sixteen 50-mL tubes at a 35-degree angle
The JA-14.50 rotor with dual-locking lid was tested to demonstrate containment of microbiological aerosols under normal operating conditions of the associated Beckman Coulter centrifuge, when used and maintained as instructed. The rotor is also available with a single-locking lid.
The JA-14.50 fixed angle rotors spin 50 mL conical tubes without adapters. 15 mL conical tubes, 5 mL conical tubes and 15 mL round bottom tubes can also be spun with the use of proper adapters. (Please refer to the JA-14.50 manual for the list of compatible tubes and adapters.) Use manufacturer's recommendations for tube RCF limits.
Used in Beckman Coulter Avanti J series centrifuges, the JA-14.50 rotor develops centrifugal forces that can efficiently pellet cells, bacteria, and food products; separate proteins, viruses, and subcellular fractions, and do phase separation and binding studies.
